By accessing or using the website archilibrary.net and purchasing products from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries related to payment processing and handles all applicable digital taxes (VAT) and invoicing.
To access your purchased 3D models and courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
3D Models (Digital Downloads): Due to the irrevocable nature of digital files, all sales of 3D models and digital asset packs are final. We do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is proven to be technically defective or corrupt.
Online Courses: We offer a 14-day refund policy for video courses, provided you have viewed less than 20% of the course content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
